Norwegian Escape featured a new dining concept called The Food Republic – partnering with the Pub Belly Boys. Guests will be able to have a gastronomic journey around the world with multiple ethnic food stations such as Sushi, Asian Noodle, Mediterranean, and Gourmet Burgers etc. We created a logo, iPad menus and interior designs for the restaurant.
